Refund & Returns Policy

General Information

  • Refunds for any eligible transactions may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

  • This timeframe depends on the processing times of our third-party payment gateways.

  • In certain cases, delays may occur due to banks’ processing times. We actively work to resolve such issues by maintaining constant communication with the payment gateways.


 

I) Refund Available

SPSLEARN Courses
  • Customers can request a refund for their purchase within 24 hours of the original transaction.

Disclaimer:
  • Refund requests after 12 hours of the transaction will not be entertained.

  • A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee @ 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • A full refund is available within 24 hours of enrolment.

  • To request, contact our support team in writing. They will guide you through the process.

Refund Cancellation Policy

  • Once you cancel your refund request, the claim cannot be reversed in the future.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

General Purchases

  • No refunds will be given for purchases made directly from the SPSLEARN website (www.spslearn.com) or through affiliate links after 12 hours of purchase.

SPS LEARN Prime

  • Non-refundable under all circumstances.

SPS LEARN Upskilling

  • Non-refundable under all circumstances.

SPS LEARN In-Demand

  • Registration fee for workshops is non-refundable.

Add-ons

  • Add-on benefits are non-refundable.

  • Particulars of Add-ons are subject to change.

  • Add-ons remain active only with active packages. If a bundle package is refunded, the Add-ons will no longer be available.

  • Registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Registration fee is non-refundable.
